But then it turned out that there was less to the story than met the ears and that it was more conversations than conspiracies . The Hashemite regime seems fully in control and the family feud is being mediated by the siblings’ uncle. Nevertheless, the episode served to highlight Jordan’s unique strategic position in the region and the stakes in its stability.
