Israel's interests and challenges vs-a-vis West Bank annexation
In about one month’s time, the Israeli government would be able to start the process of extending its sovereignty to parts of the territories east of its border and west of the Jordan river. This move should be coordinated with the U.S. administration and has already raised strong objections by the Jordanian and Palestinian leaderships as well as by domestic critics. Is this effort to annex disputed areas practical and wise?
Guests Prof. Efraim Inbar; President of the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security, and Colonel (In Reserve) Reuven Ben-Shalom, cross-cultural strategist and associate at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism. Analyst Amir Oren. Host Jonathan Hessen.
