Israel's contribution to Europe's Security
Until Russia invaded Ukraine, 16 months ago, Europe was quite complacent regarding military threats to its nations. The Continent’s focus was on terror, in its various manifestations, at home and abroad. Suddenly, tank battles, air strikes, missiles and infantry are waging fierce fights in urban centers and rural terrain, and Israel, with its proven strategic and operational experience, is much in demand for weapon systems and technology. What are the defensive and offensive contributions Israel can and does make to Europe’s security?
