The leader of Iran’s Lebanese-proxy Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, promised retaliation for certain Israeli actions a week prior. In the events, Nasrallah made good on his pledge – yet, the incident ended without casualties – a fact that mitigated prospects for further escalation.
