The International Atomic Energy Agency is not a party to the 2015 nuclear deal between Iran and deven world powers, but it has a significant role in monitoring compliance and reporting its findings. Over the last two years, ever since the Trump Administration withdrew from the deal and Iran reciprocated by violating several of its provisions, the IAEA has issued a series of reports citing Iran’s progress on the road to accumulate enough fissile material to produce a nuclear weapon. In its latest report, the Vienna-based agency warned that Iran is enriching Uranium to 20 percent in a certain alarming dimension and 60 percent on another, far beyond the 3.56 percent stipulated in the deal.
