Israel at War. Whether by its own calculus, or due to strict instructions by Iran - or even both - Hezbollah have been cautious since October 8 to conduct brinkmanship by fire. The Lebanese Shiite militia, considered a ‘terror army’ by Israel, has limited its launches of missiles and rockets to the Upper Galilee district, signaling that it has no appetite for a full-scale, cross-border war which would include ground incursions.
