Is an all-out Regional War Inevitable? - Israel at War. Israeli and Western clashes with Iran’s proxies have persisted for nearly four months now. The Hamas attack on October 7 of last year launched a series of conflagrations on the Lebanese border with Israel, in the Red Sea and even in Iraq.
Besides the Gaza war, there have been exchanges of various kinds, including missiles, drones, and fighter planes. There appears to be an explosive potential for a more widespread conflict, an all-out regional war pitting the Iran-based axis against the forces of moderation. Can it be contained?
