With the self-imposed deadline nearing, which is set on the 31st of March in the ongoing negotiations between Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council – the United States, Russia, China, France and Britain – plus non-permanent member Germany, also known as the P5+1, both sides posture in advance and suggest the other side would be to blame if the talks would fail to meet the deadline.
